PDF CHARITY FUND
Friday, 1st January 2010

From 1st January 2010 the Charity Fund will become a redgistered charity in Portugal. Fran Yates has kindly agreed to become Treasurer and annual accounts will be produced for the Fiscal Authority and general inspection. From that date all contributions can be listed on individual and Company tax returns as a deductible charity contribution.

Captain's Ramblings

A warm welcome to everyone, and a big thank you to Terry for all his hard work last year. The change over was a great night I do hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did, many thanks for your kind words of support. I have updated the events diary but still need to enter some other very important dates, I will when they are confirmed. You are all responding well to my request of putting your handicaps on the competition sheets, the charity pot is suffering. I will be putting up the notice for the pairs knockout competition, so start picking your partners. Short and sweet for now will keep you posted. Enjoy and have fun. Jim Brennan Captain 2010.

CHARITY WEEKEND 2010 SUSPENDED

Due to uncertainty regarding the course and ownership earlier in the year it has been decided by the Charity Trustees to suspend the event for 2010 We are sure that we can return in 2011 with another great weekend and will announce the date as soon as possible
